Rogate Pumpkin Patch opens 16 October, Hollycombe glows for Halloween on 10, 17 and 31 October, and the Round Table fireworks light Bell Hill on 7 November.

Petersfield’s October runs to Halloween and then straight into fireworks. Rogate Pumpkin Patch opens on Friday 16 October, Hollycombe’s steam fairground has Halloween glow nights on 10, 17 and 31 October, and Halloween Hollow at Queen Elizabeth Country Park is on the 30th and 31st. Then the town’s own Round Table fireworks at Bell Hill are on Saturday 7 November, two days after Steep’s bonfire on the 5th.

Every entry below was checked on 3 October 2026 against the organiser’s own listing, and each one links back to it. Check the link before you set off, because organisers change times. For places that are open all year, see things to do in Petersfield. For school holidays, see our October half term page and our Halloween page.

Two things to know first. Petersfield Museum and Art Gallery is closed until Friday 9 October while the new exhibition goes up, and reopens on Saturday 10 October (Petersfield Museum). The Taro Fair on the Heath still had no 2026 date from the town council or the operator on 3 October. Our Taro Fair page explains why 9 to 11 October is the likely weekend.
